Work with powder

To obtain the final products in powder form redispersible powders ELOTEX can be mixed with other dry additives in all commercially available mixers. As redispersible powders ELOTEX are thermoplastic, the mixing time should be, to the extent possible, the minimum necessary to avoid a significant increase in temperature due to application of high shear stress. All the solidifying and nezaterdevshej dry mixture containing redispersion powder ELOTEX, before use, is easily mixed with water. Mixing of end products, you place the required amount of water into a suitable container and add the powder mixture under stirring. Too intensive agitation may lead to undesirable air entrapment. Before use, you must let the mixture rest for a short period of time. Depending on the properties of other additives this time is about 1-5 minutes

Packaging and Storage

Standard packing: paper bags with polyethylene gasket with a weight of 25 kg. On-demand delivery can be made in larger bags and in cars-hoppers.

As a rule, it is recommended to store redispersible powders ELOTEX in a dry place at temperature below 25?C and use within 6 months. Material in damaged or open bags, stored under pressure for an extended period of time are prone to sticking.
