The project started in 2022 and collaborates with more than 10 universities, involving over 1,500 students. Starting in 2024, the project plans to work with higher education institutions in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, and Russia to develop students. The goal is to select young, promising, and talented students, adapt them to the company's values, teach business ethics, and create a productive atmosphere for work and growth within our company.
