Aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of styrene, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid.

Application:

Recommended for coatings and adhesive materials for construction purposes interior and exterior paints, primers, putties, plasters, construction adhesives, highly filled, systems of facade insulation.

The low value of the ICC allows the use of a dispersion for the production of paints – eco (without or with a small amount coalescents) for social objects: schools, kindergartens, hospitals.

Can be recommended for the production of rubber, paints and sealants.

Product properties:

— good water and alkali resistance;

— good penetration ability in porous substrates;

— good water vapor permeability;

— high pigmentally;

— high elasticity of a film;

— resistance to mechanical stirring.

Recommendations for use:

In the preparation of formulations need to check the compatibility of the components. The variance combines well with most traditional components and additives:

— coalescence: butyldiglycol, Texanol, white spirit;

 fillers: chalk, calcite, dolomite;

— defoamer based on silicones and mineral oils (PAC-037, WOOK-034, Foamaster, etc.);

 the dispersants and wetting agents based on low molecular weight polyacrylates;

— thickeners based on cellulose ethers, acrylates, polyurethanes.

The dispersion has an antibacterial protection, but the paint is recommended to introduce additional container preservative (Acticide MV, Acticide FI).

P/e of tare, there shipment in consumer packaging as agreed.

Transport and storage:

Transport and storage at a temperature not less than +5ºC or more than +35 ° C.

Stored in Packed form in closed premises.

During transportation in winter is necessary to use insulated vehicle.

A storage warranty period is 6 months. Keep away from direct sunlight!
