Suspension Polyvinyl Chloride (grades SG5 and SG3) is a high-quality thermoplastic polymer in the form of a white powder, obtained through the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride. Due to its excellent mechanical properties, thermal stability, and ease of processing, these grades serve as essential raw materials for manufacturing a wide range of rigid and plasticized PVC products.
Applications
Construction Materials (Grade SG5): An ideal base for the extrusion of rigid profiles. It is widely used in the production of window and door PVC profiles, windowsills, siding, wall panels, and rigid pipes.
Packaging and Films (Grades SG5/SG3): Applied in the manufacturing of rigid films, sheets, packaging materials, bottles, and containers via blow molding.
Cable and Pipe Industry (Grade SG3): With its high plasticizer absorption capacity, it is perfectly suited for flexible products, including cable compounds, hoses, artificial leather, as well as flexible pipes and corrugated conduits.
Consumer and Technical Goods: Used for molded products, fittings, home appliance components, and automotive parts.
