Acrylic emulsion (water-based acrylic copolymer dispersion) is a high-quality, environmentally safe liquid polymer that serves as a key binding component in the production of a wide range of paints and coatings, construction mortars, adhesives, and textile finishes. The product is a milky-white homogeneous liquid that forms a durable, transparent, and flexible film upon drying. Due to its excellent adhesion, UV resistance, and weatherability, acrylic emulsion is indispensable for creating long-lasting protective and decorative coatings.
Applications
Paint and Coatings (LKM) Production: Serves as the primary binder for interior and exterior (façade) water-based paints, enamels, deep-penetrating primers, and lacquers for wood or mineral surfaces.
Construction Industry & Dry Mortars: Used as a modifying additive in cement mortars, plasters, putties, and tile adhesives to enhance their elasticity, crack resistance, and hydrophobic (water-repellent) properties.
Adhesive Formulations: Acts as a base for formulating household and industrial adhesives, pressure-sensitive tapes (scotch tapes), and sealants, providing high shear and peel strength.
Textile and Paper Industries: Applied in textile finishing and impregnation, non-woven fabric production, as well as paper coating (pigment coating) processes to impart water resistance and surface refinement.

Storage & Transportation
- Store in dry, cool, and sun-protected warehouses in tightly closed original packaging, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Recommended Temperature Range: Strictly between +5°C and +35°C. IMPORTANT: Do not allow the product to freeze, as this causes irreversible coagulation (breakdown) of the emulsion.
- Avoid contact with unprotected iron, copper, and their alloys to prevent equipment corrosion and emulsion discoloration (the use of plastic or stainless steel containers is highly recommended).
- Transportation is permissible by all modes of covered transport under strict compliance with the temperature regime (in winter — via heated transport). The material is classified as non-hazardous cargo. Guaranteed shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
