PCE PC 331 (Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer, powder form) is a high-performance, eco-friendly, next-generation water-reducing agent based on polycarboxylate ether. The product is a fine, white or light-yellow powder with excellent water solubility. Due to its unique molecular structure with "comb-like" side chains, PCE PC 331 provides a powerful steric hindrance (repulsion) effect between cement particles. This radically reduces the water demand of concrete and mortar mixes, delivering extreme slump retention, high early strength, and excellent workability without segregation. It is an indispensable raw material for the production of high-strength concrete, self-compacting concrete (SCC), and premium-grade dry-mix mortars.

Applications

High-Performance Concrete: Production of high-strength ready-mix concrete (B45 and above), self-compacting concrete (SCC), and waterproof/hydrotechnical concrete. It significantly reduces the water-to-cement ratio (W/C) while maintaining excellent workability.
Dry-Mix Mortars: Formulating self-leveling floors, screeds, grouts, high-adhesion tile adhesives, and non-shrink repair mortars to improve their flowability and final surface smoothness.
Precast Concrete (Concrete Products): Used in precast concrete plants. It accelerates early strength development, speeding up formwork turnaround and reducing or entirely eliminating the need for steam curing (heat-moisture treatment).
Complex and Heavily Reinforced Structures: Concreting of foundations, bridge piers, tunnels, and high-rise buildings where easy pumpability of the concrete mix over long distances and heights is strictly required.

  • Avoid any contact with moisture or humidity, as the product is highly hygroscopic.
  • Transportation is permitted by all types of covered transport while maintaining temperature regulations. The material is classified as non-hazardous. Shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture, provided original packaging integrity is maintained.
