Food Grade Vaseline (highly refined white petrolatum) is a deeply purified, odorless, tasteless, and colorless homogeneous greasy mass. Due to its absolute chemical inertness, safety, and excellent lubricating and hydrophobic properties, this product is an indispensable component in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, as well as for the maintenance of processing equipment.

Applications

Food Industry: Used as a glazing agent for confectionery, dried fruits, and nuts (prevents drying and spoilage). Applied as a release agent for lubricating baking molds, trays, and knives to prevent dough from sticking.

Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics: Serves as an ideal neutral base for the production of ointments, creams, pastes, and lipsticks. Ensures excellent compatibility with active ingredients and provides skin protection.

Equipment Maintenance: Used for lubricating friction nodes, conveyor belts, seals, and mechanisms operating in direct or incidental contact with food products and drinking water.

Packaging Materials: Utilized in the production of impregnating compounds for paper, cardboard, and foil in contact with food to enhance moisture resistance.

Recommended storage temperature: from +5°C to +25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and proximity to heat sources.
Transportation is carried out by all types of covered transport in accordance with cargo transportation regulations. The product is classified as non-hazardous.
Guaranteed shelf life — 3 to 5 years from the date of manufacture (depending on the packaging type).
