A plasticizer for self-leveling floors is a high-performance superplasticizing admixture designed to radically improve the rheological properties of construction mortars. It is available as an aqueous solution (or dry powder) with a mild specific odor. It is widely used in the production of self-leveling compounds, screeds, and industrial floors to ensure maximum mortar flowability without the addition of excess water. It helps achieve a perfectly flat, dense, and smooth surface, prevents mixture segregation, and minimizes the risk of shrinkage cracks.
Applications
Self-Leveling Floors: A key component in the production of dry mortar mixes for cement- or gypsum-based self-leveling floors. It ensures ideal leveling (flowability) of the mortar under its own weight, creating a mirror-flat surface.
Underfloor Heating Systems: Indispensable when pouring screeds over water or electric heating elements. It increases the density of the mortar, thereby enhancing the thermal conductivity of the floor and completely eliminating the formation of air voids around pipes or cables.
Industrial Floors and High-Strength Screeds: Used for laying wear-resistant concrete floors in production facilities, warehouses, and parking lots. It allows the floor to withstand high operational loads by significantly reducing the water-to-cement ratio and increasing the density of the cement stone.
Ready-Mix and Architectural Concrete Production: Applied to create smooth concrete surfaces. It helps prevent the segregation of multi-component mixtures, improves their workability, and prevents bleeding during transportation.

- Store in tightly closed original containers in covered, dry, and well-ventilated storage areas, away from direct sunlight and precipitation.
- Optimal storage temperature: from +5°C to +35°C. Do not allow the liquid admixture to freeze (in case of freezing and subsequent thawing at room temperature, thorough mixing is required to fully restore its properties).
- The product is fire- and explosion-safe and non-toxic (unlike solvents). When pumping and handling, use standard personal protective equipment (gloves, safety goggles).
- Shelf life: typically 12 months from the date of manufacture (provided the container is airtight and storage temperature conditions are met).
